The Sustainability Ledership Training (SLT) of the Centre for Key Qualifications of the University of Freiburg has been recognized as a UN World Decade project 'Education for Sustainable Development'. The 7th Sustainability Leadership Training 2011 (SLT) is now finished. The 8th SLT will take place from May to July 2012. This year's topic of the embedded case study was to develop a digital communication product that explains the concept of sustainable development (sd) on the examples of tourism topics related to the High Black Forest nature park. Four groups have been working on different sub themes; the group outputs can be found on the SLT facebook group. Comments of course participants: "I wanted to say thanks for this great course. I have to admit that I only chose this course because I love outdoor sports. But then I realized that the topic of sustainability really caught me and that I want to learn more about it. With my former knowledge I was not able to participate in discussions on these issues, but now I feel I am prepared much better....." "Thanks for this course.
